Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy was developed by Dr. Michel Pistor in 1952 and recognized as a medical treatment method by the French Academy of Medicine in 1987. Today, it is widely used worldwide. For example, in France, the homeland of mesotherapy, approximately 70,000 people receive mesotherapy every day. Mesotherapy involves microinjecting plant extracts, vitamins and minerals, homeopathic remedies, and enzymes into the middle layer of the skin. It is used for both medical and cosmetic purposes.
The greatest advantage of mesotherapy is that, while the effects of oral or intravenous medications diminish by the time they reach the target area, mesotherapy achieves maximum effectiveness by applying the medication directly to the desired area. To achieve the same effects as mesotherapy by other methods would require higher doses, which would increase side effects. However, mesotherapy has relatively few side effects (such as temporary bruising and swelling at the injection site).
Cosmetic Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is used in many different treatments in dermocosmetics. Mesotherapy does not require anesthesia, session times are limited to minutes, and the results are fast and painless. (The effects usually begin after the third session.) Patients can resume their daily activities immediately after the treatment. Each session lasts approximately 15-20 minutes. Another advantage is that it can be applied to all ages and even during the summer months. The main treatments for cosmetic mesotherapy are as follows:
Cellulite Treatment
Local Slimming
Blemish Treatment
Skin Rejuvenation and Wrinkle Treatment
Stretch Mark and Scar Treatment
Facial Rejuvenation (Mesolifting)
Treatment of Sagging Face, Double Chin, and Neck
Treatment of Facial Volume Loss and Asymmetries

What is Mesolifting (Facial Mesotherapy)?
The first signs of aging are the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on the face, and sagging skin is more pronounced in the neck and chin areas due to skin loss of elasticity. Mesolifting (also known as Facial Mesotherapy) restores lost elasticity and vitality by injecting special substances into the facial skin. Natural ingredients used for this purpose include hyaluronic acid, vitamins A, C, and E, amino acids, nucleic acids, and coenzymes. Similar active ingredients are also found in creams, lotions, and serums applied externally to the skin, but mesolifting is much more effective than cosmetic products because these substances are administered through micro-injections directly into the skin. Four to six sessions are required, spaced two weeks apart. The injections are performed using very fine syringes to a depth of approximately 2-4 mm. After mesolifting, the skin regains a radiant, youthful, and fresh appearance and regains lost elasticity. This method can also be combined with Botox and filler treatments.
