Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy (also known as Medical Aromatherapy) is a technique used to prevent certain diseases or to support the body’s own defenses by strengthening its immune system against existing diseases by using essential oil extracts obtained from the leaves, roots, and flowers of plants, which are completely organic.

Although aromatherapy may seem like a new concept, it is a very old medical method, discovered in ancient times by the founders of medical science and recorded in literature. Aromatherapy provides a variety of physical and spiritual benefits depending on the essential oil or oil blend used.

Because some oils and overdoses can cause side effects and negatively affect our health, this technique should be used with caution and only if deemed appropriate by a physician trained in aromatherapy.

What are the benefits of aromatherapy?

Essential oils used in aromatherapy have analgesic, antimicrobial, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, tissue and vascular toning, sedative, antispasmodic, and diuretic properties.

Furthermore, these essential oils can be used to treat a wide variety of symptoms and conditions, including digestive disorders, skin conditions, menstrual pain and irregularities, stress-related problems, mood disorders, circulatory problems, respiratory infections, and wounds.
